    Great job Jess! I can't imagine having a staffed RA desk. How awesome to be able to offer that service at all times! I also read an article that mentioned having brief RA training and book talks at staff meetings and I thought that was a terrific idea too!

    Laurie, that's a fantastic idea about doing book talks at staff meetings! It can introduce people to new books AND let staff practice talking about them in an open, non-threatening situation. Great suggestion! Thank you :)
